We were married in Salt Lake City and had our reception at the Inn on Temple Square. They served this raspberry honey butter and it is out of this world! Our anniversary is December 19th, so I make it during the holidays as a little reminder. :) (Insert cheese of choice here!)
Anyway, I happened to have all the ingredients today and whipped up a batch. Enjoy!
Raspberry Honey Butter
1 pound butter, unsalted
8 oz honey
8ouces raspberry preserves
1 teaspoon vanilla
Whip butter until light and fluffy. Add honey, raspberry preserves, and vanilla. Continue to whip until mixed.
I used seedless rasperry jam, and I think it is prettier with the seeds, but that is what I had. And the stuff you get at the hotel is a bit lighter in color than mine, but oh well!
