Do you ever read people's blogs who talk about how they are SO busy, but you never see what they're up to? I feel like I've been doing that lately. Going on about all the house remodels, the sewing I've been up to my neck in, how I'm so so busy. Well, here is some proof. A few custom sets that I've been meaning to share for a while.
The top one is for a customer who wanted something very "euro with lots of details." So, this is what I came up with. Is it euro with enough details? I think so. ;)
The next is for a sweetie who told me to use my imagination. Love that. I'm not going to say who, since she reads the blog, but hopefully she loves hers too.
On other things, I recieved an email from somebody recently who asked if I minded if she took inspiration from something I did. Nope, nope, nope. Knock yourself out. That's what this is for, right? I am totally honored to have any of you take some inspiration taken from the things I do. :)
I've gotta run-Dustin has started spaghetti sauce out of the mass crop of tomatoes I picked yesterday and I should go help. :)

Lovely colors! Very pretty : ) You have been busy!

Sandi, your work shows a tremendous amount of skill and imagination - I envy you your natural talent. I read a while ago that genetically, intelligence and artistic skill is passed down the maternal line - your children are going to be so lucky!

Your work is wonderful. I can hardly wait to show my mom. She has been sewing since she was a kid, she will fall in love. To bad my Griffin isn't a Griffina:)

And yes, I have one of those blogs, where I am always saying I am busy and never showing what I am working on--gotta change that. :)
