If you recall, I make it a point to buy fresh flowers once a month. These have been around for about a week and half and are still holding strong. I don't want to declare what they are, because I'm not certain but I'm sure one of you smart cookies can fill us in?
Also-thank you for the
new suit happiness. I had another suit of the same style just not the color and I did love it. It held up very well and never rolled, flipped or did anything you wouldn't want a suit to do. So yes, I highly recommend the suits. If you place an order and need a consultant's name, go with Beverly Jones. ;)
Someone asked if I had any other cool secret websites to share. Try
ModCloth. I found it a couple months ago via the delightful
Danielle Thompson. (A link worth visiting in its own right.) I haven't actually purchased anything from there yet, but I'm sure I will soon. Do you guys have any cool, unknown websites you're willing to share? Clothes, books, makeup (I'm searching for a great, healthy for your skin brand of face cleaners and moisturizers), knick knacks, vintage items etc.. etc.. Please share!
Also-there is a two part interview ala moi over at the
fabric.com blog. Part 1 posted today, part 2 tomorrow!

I'm not certain, but I think the flower is called "stock". Not a pretty name for such a pretty and sweet smelling flower!

It's difficult to tell, but they look like delphiniums to me. Don't know if you know them by a different name in the US?
Have you seen the Twilight film yet - and if so what did you think? (I read the books after your recommendation!)

It is stock! ....at least that is what we call it at the floral. It has such a great smell, and you can eat it too. I have eaten it on salad before (really!) It kind of tastes like a raddish.

Another vote for stock! :) Such a pretty flower....one of my faves!

I love layersclothing.com and dhccare.com. DHC has olive oil based skin care line which works great on my skin. I sure wish I knew what those flowers are. What a great idea to buy fresh flowers once a month!

Friendly florist checking in and yes, most of your commenters are correct: you definitely have yourself some stock there. I've always thought it was such a disappointing name for such a pretty flower...

I think it is stock. Do they smell sort of like carnations? If so, they are stock. I love that smell! I use Boscia Intensive Night Moisture. I get it at Sephora and it is great. I have very very sensitive skin and this works really well. And it smells niiiice.

Sandi, Thanks for the plug. You might also mention that readers can use party #1360 at checkout to save 10% on three or more items. Also, take a peek at my favorite shoe site www.endless.com. Free shipping on most shoes and free return shipping if they don't fit as expected, etc. I'm addicted.

Congrats on your interview, it is always fun to get to know people. I loved that swim suit, especially the color...you know it is suppose to be the universal color, everyone is suppose to be able to wear that color.....as far as skin care, I have recently found Neutrogena oil free eye make-up remover and moistuizer (Walmart) that I quite like! :)

I love Philosophy skin care. http://www.philosophy.com/web/store/dept_skincare____23503?cm_re=navigation-_-mainnav-_-skincare
I read about it in a magazine and decided to try it. Sephora sells it and I have found great kits at great prices at QVC too.
I have been using it for several months and it makes my skin feel amazing.
