Day Six - Another of my etsy faves today..

Slip into the soft and beautiful world of Janet Hill Studio.  When we went to Disneyland this summer, we jaunted over to San Diego to visit Sea World and spend some time with a dear friend.  We went to the mall that weekend and I purchased my first original paintings.  I came home and searched etsy for original paintings (the bug bit hard) and I found Janet.  Her style is so soft and beautiful!  I still haven't managed to snag one of her originals, but soon.  :)

Day Four!  This is so much fun!

On a side note - Dustin and I braved a theatre full of screaming hormonal teenagers to accompany my 13 year old sister to New Moon last night.  I have had a few emails over the past year and a half since I first wrote about how I was reading Twilight.  People have wanted to know how I liked the first movie.  I have to say that when the whole thing caught on everywhere, it kinda ruined it for me.  BUT, I have gone and seen both movies and will say that I really enjoyed this one.  (I enjoyed the first one too, but because I went and saw it with a good friend and we laughed like hyena's through the whole thing.)  This time, sitting in between my husband and 21 year old sister cracking jokes while my 13 year old sister sat in the front row pretending not to know us was quite fun and a perfect stress release.  (I've been editing my book and the run on sentence I just wrote is any editors nightmare, but I feel that because this is my blog I can do it and not have to worry about it so ha ha niener niener.)  Anyhow, I would recommend the movie, even if for a good chuckle.  ;)
