Dear waistlines, you have my apologies. That being said, I must share this with you.
If you remember, we have a big family breakfast, every Sunday morning. It's the perfect excuse to eat fatty carbs first thing in the day, and our family has come to really look forward to this weekly tradition. Last Sunday, I realized I didn't have the ingredients for the pancakes I wanted to make and pulled out the old standard - "make something up."
Never has my "making something up" turned out such insanely good results. OH my. Now, be forwarned, this dish is probably a health risk to 100% of the population, but definitely worth taking at least once every few months. And with a side of heart healthy fruit.

This recipe looks gorgeous!!! just a little question though, what is 'half and half'? I'm in Australia and don't know what you mean. Thanks!

OH! Half Half is something we have over here that as I understand it, is half milk, half cream. I wouldnt substitute regular milk for this, as I think it would be too soggy. Just mix equal parts milk and cream.

Hi Sandi! The recipe looks delicious, but I can't get the link to open for me :( It says it's broken....is this just me?

So wrong. On so many levels. Looks and sounds DELISH, Sandi!! And at least it is meant to be consumed in the morning so we can spend the rest of the day exercising the calories away! OR not....it is a Sunday dish afterall!
