Since I got it on the website last night before I went to bed, I am counting my request for one more day a success. I just didn't blog before I went to bed. ;)
Shabby Pumpkins is up on the website, ready for download! The downloadables bit is a new thing for us, so if you experience any bugs, please let Dustin know ( dustin@sandihendersondesign.com ) right away and he'll help you out.
The pattern includes the pattern and instructions to make the Small Sculpted Pumpkin, Medium Sculpted Pumpkin,Large Sculpted Gourd and instructions to make any size Tufted Pumpkin.
I am on my way out the door for Spark. The second Hunger Games book fresh in my ipod for listening to on my road trip. Just finished the first one, and I honestly am not sure how I feel about it. Obviously well written, but the very plot of the whole thing just makes it hard for me to say "I loved it" even if I did. huh. Thoughts?
So I'll be back in five days with a whirlwind of stories to share. I can wait, been looking forward to this for some time.
Enjoy the pumpkin making while I'm away. Be warned, they are fairly addicting. I think I've made about 15 so far.. :)

I know what you mean about the Hunger Games - I just told everyone they were really good books - so well-written and just different from everything that's out there right now. I just finished #3 and now my son's reading it....you'll enjoy the second book I think. Have fun!

I had the same feelings about Hunger Games...so well crafted, but violent. Still enjoyed the first and second, and the third is up next on my listening list too. :)
Have fun at Spark!

ditto on the Hunger Games. I have now read all 3, and I find them a little disturbing, I tell everyone they are good but disturbing, and it definitely did not make me a better person by reading it.
Anyways, super cute pumpkins, can't wait to make some:)

Same thoughts on the Hunger Games. Very well written and powerful, but dark violent themes. The third book too.

I love your blog. I live in the UK, and am lucky enough to live among farms that sell their produce on carts at the end of their driveways. Its market day everyday here! Your fabrics suit our lifestyle very well here :)(I heart my market skirt)
I came across this song the other day. It made me happy. Thought you might enjoy it! Its about happiness.

I have been looking for a pattern like this for a LONG time. I love it! And even more, I LOVE the fact that I can down load it. I live on an island and it's not easy for me to get things I need and I get tired of paying for shipping on everything or dragging things back with me when I do get to go to the mainland and shop. Thanks for the great pattern and the down load ability ;) I hope you do more in the future. Oh, and there were no bugs and it was easy as pie to order, down load and print. I plan to make some today.

I love the pattern and my pumpkin came out great. I wish the instructions were a bit more detailed and there were more real shots of the pumpkins being made during the sewing process so I could see more what you are talking about. I had to improvise a few times because I am a self taught sewer and somethings are not common sense to me as they would be to an accomplished sewer. Looking more at the shots posted the day before the pattern was released, I can see a mistake I made on my pumpkin. Because I can't understand how to close up the top properly, I have to put leaves around my pumpkin to cover up the top. Going to try something a little different today. I still love the pattern and I still love the fact that it could be purchased and down loaded. Again, thank you!
