I've discovered the joy that the world knows as watercolor. How have I never tried this out before? I think I always thought it a bit uncontrollable with a mind of its own. Not the case at all!
This mermaid was my first attempt, many have followed. Many many more to come, I am sure.
I also have a new sketchbook sitting next to me, begging me to overlook deadlines, but alas - I will be a good girl and wait to play when the work is done.
I've heard nothing but rave reviews about them, so I had to give one a try. It actually has four colors of paper inside, in varying degrees of white to tan. I do love the square format.
Distractions.. beautiful distractions.

Amazing, I DO believe you, but from someone who can't do any sort of art - it looks like you've been doing this a while! I lack the talent for art but seeing what you've done gives me great appreciation for those who have it! I can't wait to see more watercolors from you!

OH, anyone can do art! Its truly not difficult. Its like anyone can cook or anyone can sing. Not everyone can be a master but anyone can do it. Please try!

I keep trying to find a style in MBT that both fits and looks good. I am looking for that relief from backaches that come from standing in a classroom all day. The fit wasn't too bad on these, but my toes were touching the inside front of the shoe a bit. The MBT website says that is ok, though. I had no heel slip, either, something I've found with other styles. But, I just didn't care for the silver X designs on these. I felt that I looked like a Skateboardin Granny. They are also too sneakery looking for work shoes. So, back they go.

I'm interested in such offer,The sound quality in these podcasts is really poor. I feel bad about complaining about something that is free, but I think it is important.
