The winner of the challenge receives the following:
• Licensing Contract to print their collection with
Michael Miller Fabrics
• $1000 advance against royalties
• All expense paid trip to International Quilt Market Fall 2011 in Houston, Texas.
Ten finalist will recieve the following:
• 10 yds of Michael Miller Fabric (Chosen by individual finalist)

yes i would! but unfortunately i can't enter because I'm 16!! unfair rules!! I really want to be a fabric designer!! Good luck to everyone who enters though!

what an exciting contest. but i'm no designer and never will be. i'm perfectly happy to leave it to people abundantly talented in that department - like you! i'll certainly be happy to buy whatever they come up with, i'm sure. designers need people like me to support their designs just like musicians need listeners. happy to oblige!

Were you listening in on my conversation Sandi? I was actually just going on and on (and on)to my husband about you and some other lovely fabric designing ladies. I also told him, when I grow up, I think I dream of being a fabric designer. Of course I am grown up already, and I love art, though I did not go to art school. So, if I can muster the courage, I am going to give this contest a try! Wish me luck, and thank you for the encouragement, and of course all of your inspiration!

This is going to be so fun to see all of the creative art work by so many creative people. I am so glad that there are prizes for more then one because I am sure there are lots of wonderful creative people out there!
